Jan-March 2025, Mindful Self-Compassion, an online class offered to the public through the UW Center for Child and Family Wellbeing.

April-June 2025, Mindful Self-Compassion, an in-person class in Seattle, open to the public.

Ongoing Weekly, Thursdays 9am Pacific time: Mindful Self-Compassion Circles of Practice, free guided sits for anyone who has taken an MSC class (note that there is also a free Public Offering, daily guided sits for folks who have not yet taken an MSC class).

Ongoing Monthly: I co-facilitate the Mindful Self-Compassion men’s monthly circle of practice.

Ongoing Monthly: I facilitate the Seattle Mindfulness Center free public meditation session once or twice per month, Tuesday evenings. Note: this group is currently paused.
